Ich bekomme die Box schon ewig und liebe sie. Aber in den letzten Monaten haben ständig Artikel gefehlt. Wenn es mal vorkommt ok. Aber jetzt grad bald jeden Monat. Der Service ist zwar gut und es wird ersetzt. Aber man hat dann halt nie das was es sein soll. Und so langsam bin ich richtig gernevt.
Fate grande attenzione quando acquistate, in tutto il sito parlano di spedizione gratuita e solo quando avete pagato vi accorgete che addebitano 2€ per le consegne in Sicilia, roba da medioevo in un periodo storico in cui nessun corriere fa pagare supplementi. PER TUTTA LA SICILIA, chiaramente si intende non per i paesini sperduti. Queste sono discriminazioni inaccettabili nel 2025 peraltro applicate solo da loro in tutta Italia, senza parole. Spero che vengano sanzionati per pubblicità ingannevole, il banner dovrebbe recitare: spedizione gratuita (tranne nelle isole)
Eigentlich bin ich mit den Boxen zufrieden. Einzige Minuspunkt sind die Getränke bzw die Energy drinks und Bier, weil ich sie nicht trinke.. ist nur mein Luxusproblem. Alkoholhaltige getränke / Schokolade ist nichts für mich, dafür erfreuen sich meine Nachbarn, wenn ich sie weitergebe.
Terrible customer service - box not delivered. Then they charge me for a replacement which I have also not received. I have left 2 phone messages and emailed 3 times and they haven’t had the courtesy to reply to me, let alone refund the amount charged without my authorisation. Do NOT deal with this company - they have no customer care or service.
I see you've responded - that's taken 4 months!!! So this is absolutely how awful your customer service is. Don't buy from this company is my advice.

I absolutely have loved being a degustabox customer, I can be quite picky with food, and with this box, I've discovered items I'd have never taken a second look at. Never had an issue with delivery, and my whole family looks forward to receiving the box every month.

Box never arrived I've emailed multiple times and messaged on socials with no response I've asked for money back no response I was really looking forward to trying new things every month but guess not just another fraudulent company with no ethics,
Update.. since writing review they have sent my box out and will arrive today or tomorrow 6-7 Feb so that's good if the box is good I'll probably order another one
Update again the box was good and I stayed with them for like 5 more boxes very worth it get some really good stuff if u like to try new things I recommend degusta
*AVOID AT ALL COST* I have been using Degustabox for nearly two years now and for the past 5months I have sent many emails to cancel the subscription. When they finally email back they mention they have cancelled the box but never do. The past 5months they have continued to charge me and not to mention one month all items were out of date! Terrible company!
Mit der Degusta Box kann man sich monatlich überraschen lassen und Neues kennenlernen! Mir hat die Januar Box sehr gut gefallen! Sie war prall gefüllt mit vielen spannenden Produkten! Das Auspacken war ein Erlebnis! Den Inhalt und die Zusammenstellung fand ich klasse! Da war für die ganze Familie etwas dabei! Viele Produkte haben wir schon probiert und sind begeistert! Ich freue mich schon auf die nächste Box!
Ich finde es klasse was ihr macht, das man nicht jeden Geschmack trifft ist normal dafür hab ich 2kinder die essen es schon.meine Box kam verspätet und dafür habe ich extra Punkte bekommen. Hatte bis jetzt keine Probleme und brauchte den Service noch nicht aber die Produkte sind immer top und auch eine Vielzahl verschiedene sachen, macht weiter so danke

Des produits étrangers, même la description est en langue d'origine, sans intérêt et difficile d'évaluer le produit... D'autre part, je trouve que les dates limites de consommation sont courtes, impression de produit destockés...
