I have been lucky enough to be purchasing a property through Debbie Fortune, Debbie Fortune in the past have sold a house for us and it all went very smoothly. This time around I am purchasing a property on the market with Debbie Fortune and they have been so helpful in the viewing, supporting my offer, negotiating with the seller and demonstrating really swift effective communication to check and keep an eye on all parts of the chain. I have been particularly impressed with the Wedmore office staff - Jo who was the first port of call for my viewing and initial negotiations, Stevie and Scott who have also taken a major role in progressing this purchase. I’m still in the middle of the process and it’s not an easy time for anyone but I would highly recommend Debbie Fortune. I’ve also had a great deal of dealing with Kathryn in the Congresbury office who has also been a very impressive source of support and knowledge through this process. Thank you all!

From valuation with Neil, the warm and friendly greeting from Jo, the final negotiations with Elliott and the sales progression with Stevie. My elderly dad recently used Debbie Fortune to sell his property after he found a property to buy that was listed with them. All the way through the process they were really helpful in explaining things to my dad, they then followed this up with a call to me so I was aware of the progress. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and every was dedicated to helping the process run smoothly and answer any questions we had. Moving day went smoothly with the Debbie Fortune team keeping contact with all parties. Even after my dad moved in we had a couple of questions with the new property and they were able to find us the answers. Id not have second thoughts in recommending the team or using them again myself.

Jo met us at the property and she was very welcoming warm and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area and was able to answer all our questions. She showed us around but then gave us plenty of time to go around on our own to consider if it was definitly right for us. There was no pressure out on us at all. Debbie fortune estate agents have been nothing but outstanding through the whole process of renting my current home. Communication is excellent and all problems were dealt with the same day. The team at Debbie Fortune have been great from beginning to end always open to your requirements and easily available if needed. In the build up to exchange the sale progression team are so responsive and work closely with you, the buyer and Solicitors to help keep the process moving. Stevie was supporting our sale and quite honestly she didn't stop and the updates and communication were better than expected making the whole process alot less stressful, she is a real credit to the team and we can't thank her enough for her responsiveness and expert knowledge. Special mention has to go to Karen Blackmore-Squires who is outstanding, never stops working for you, pushing through barriers and obstructions in a direct yet professional way.
