Hannah was our solicitor and was very helpful, professional, informative and responded fast. In Hannah’s absence we dealt with Kirsty who also gave the same level of service. In the last few weeks both did everything they could to finalise the sale/purchase and remained patient and professional when we were hounding them for updates every 5 mins. The conveyor I dealt with, Iain was prompt and helpful and progressed our sale in an expedited fashion, covering all the bases needed and I was always able to get hold of him, which was critical. The portal they used made sense and wasn’t overly used instead of personal contact. I’ve sold a few houses and this process with DCLaw has been probably the smoothest yet.

Megan our conveyancer was great and kept us up to date with progress at all times throughout the process. There were some challenges with our buyers solicitors which Megan dealt with effectively and professionally and the sale completed smoothly in the end with all parties happy. My only negative feedback would be the use of the App to share information and actions whereas personally I would prefer straightforward email as a communication method.

On line Service. Of a certain age, I found the EWay / Porthole a struggle. It was frustrating at times, and I felt inadequate. Plus, the death of my son also impacted on me functioning properly. DC LAW/Megan Koxha and her team was very patient and sympathetic when I disclosed what was happening. The one to one conversation and a different ways of sending the relevant information was extreemly helpful. I am happy that my needs were met. And, the outcome is positive. Thank you.
Absolutely brilliant!!! I unfortunately was advised to switch conveyors from my estate agent which I thought would bring a quicker sale. I can honestly say by comparison DC Law were better communicators, has an easier website interaction and when prompted with advice were quick to respond all the time. Even though I was not with DC Law I had received my contract of sale etc (a mix up with my estate agents not updating me switching conveyors) I could have signed my contract and sent back all paper work, however I am still waiting for my switch conveyors to even contact me. I feel if you want the best service possible then go with DC Law I doubt you would be disappointed.
