Once I got over the initial shock of receiving emails advising that a lot of outstanding actions even though I hadn’t started everything went very smoothly.
Many thanks to the excellent Hannah Boothman-Else for her superb handling of our legal affairs in our recent house move. From beginning to completion Hannah showed nothing but calm professionalism and made the buying and selling journey smoother than I ever could have expected. Simply superb.

As part of probate for my parents I had to sell a flat. I was unprepared for the processes complication compared with a freehold house, but DC law guided us through. We did find some of the online processes a little frustrating, but the communication with our conveyancer. Hayley, was always, fast, intelligent and enlightening. We could not have asked for more.
