I would agree with Sylvia whose review of 2nd July sums it up. They are also my buyers solicitors and have asked for simple things they cant find like an EPC which they claim is not current. Well it is clearly, if they bothered to look on the Government website, it seems they just look for excuse's for the delays and blame everyone else.

Our conveyancer was Francesca Alessandrino, and she was so professional and helpful. She replied promptly to our emails, and phone calls. She was great at explaining issues surrounding the purchase of our leasehold property.

We used DC Law for the sale of our house and onward purchase. The online portal was easy to use and very informative. Alan Bates was our Conveyancer. Alan was clear and concise when giving information and instruction. Any queries we had, Alan always responded within a timely manner.
