I ordered load bars and was promised they would be shipped the same day. They did not and I called Joe who contacted the shipper to see if he could reroute them because they would not have arrived prior to my departure. when the shipper told him they could not reroute them, Joe found a dealer who had some of the product and had them overnighted to me at his expense. I didn't have to keep calling to find the status, tracking numbers were provided, it was a pleasure to have someone care and take responsibility!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Joe at DC Cargo Mall, Blair

Hello, I was very happy with my first order. I had found them through Amazon and decided to call them directly to order larger quantities plus some mix and match on some straps to equal "ten". They allowed me to do so and kept the price down. They even priced matched everything if I found the same item a little cheaper from other companies. I thought it was very nice of them to do that for me. I will call them for all my truck and trailer outfitting needs from now on. Eureka Slate Mine.

I wasn't able to determine how long it would take to get my order on the web site so I called and talked with sales department. They told me if I ordered Monday I would have the order by Friday. When I received the FedEx shipping confirmation it told me arrival would be Tuesday by 6pm, two working days after I was informed. It did work out and the items arrived at 1:43 on Tuesday just like FedEx said.
