Still waiting on settlement check its been nearly 2 years please send check. 6/27/21-6/13/23.im not saying yall are not good. Its just me myself been waiting to long for a person with mental illness. (Schizoaffetive and PTSD)The insurance company sent me a letter saying they have sent my lawyer a check on May 24,'23 and im still waiting for my part.

Jared was/is my lawyer for the lawsuit's that I have claims on. He works quite swiftly when it comes to getting my cases done. He stayed in contact, and kept me up to date about my lawsuit's. I was with Fear's Nachawati before I switched to Daspit Law Firm. Fear's gave me the run around, I was constantly hung up on, and often stressed out. If I ever have another case, Daspit Law Firm is whom I am/will be sticking with from this day forward.

Professional swindlers. My settlement award was for $33,500. They took $18,000+ for themselves, paid the doctors $10,000+ and left me with only $4,000+. They gaslit me the whole process and promised several different figures along the way. Their “estimate” ended up being over $6,000 off. I was urged over and over again to not go to trial and to take what was offered to me in mediation. Once I was done with mediation and saw the finalized $4,000 offered I was floored. Completely caught off guard. I brought my grievances to a senior lawyer in the firm and was met with dismissiveness and assurances that their lawyers would never act unprofessional. BS! I’ll be filing a grievance over this. Don’t waste your time/$. Shame on me for not doing my research better. I was in desperate need and they took advantage of me. I implore you to look elsewhere for representation!!

They were great, very informative, communicative, and compassionate.

They tell you one thing and do another, in other words they lie to you and your family. Do not use this law firm no matter what they say. Then they do not keep you updated on your case and to top it off they will settle your case without consulting with you first. What a joke of a law firm.

The attorneys were very professional and accommodating during 2 lawsuits. They worked to find therapy in my area and kept me informed during the entire lawsuit. Danny was great.
