Great vest; bad customer service.
I had to place an order to see the sizing. I sent an email to ask about sizing but never got a response. When the order arrived it was too big and it was unpleasant and disappointing. Customer service isn't so good as they didn't even pick up the phone or respond. The vest was great though but unfortunately couldn't keep it.

It was a difficult to choose just one…
It was a difficult to choose just one because of the variety of bells, but I couldn't ask for anything better. It arrived very quickly and with a nice little velvet pouch for gift-giving. I was pleased with the construction, and the tiny zip tie came in very handy. It looks great on my husband's bike.....so beautiful that he bought one for mine!!!
