I have had by far the best experience with this company. I ordered my husband Jean jacket and forgot to changed the shipping address as I have moved stated and it told me it was going to my old address. I reach out to customer service via email and Janelles got back to me so fast. Helped me update all my info. I received the vest a few weeks later however realized I order the wrong color, I called and spoke to Taylor who was super sweet helped my do my returned process. Sent me the labels. And is also sending my correct ordered ASAP. The company is just friendly and super fast at being responsive. Highly recommend as I will continue to order from here myself

Beyond Pleased
I am BEYOND pleased with my Ladies Must Ride leather jacket! The quality of workmanship and attention to detail are superb. The leather is soft and supple but not thin at all AND it is comfy and beautiful! The ordering and shipping process was simple and quick. I will definitely order from them again. Check them out of you want a quality jacket at a very reasonable price.
