I ordered a coat and it arrived very quickly. I orderd the wrong size and had to send it back for exchange. The process was very easy and handled very quickly with no issues. DSM has great products, personnel and service. Always a great combination. Thank you!

The website is easy to use. I found what I was looking for on the first search. The items were available. I ordered Sept 15 and received the items Sept 21. The only thing is that I did not receive email notification about the purchase and tracking information.

Please fix the sizing chart!
The products from Daniel Smart are are of superb quality! Customer service is excellent! The only downside is that the sizing chart is way, way off. My wife ordered a XXL vest based on the size chart and it did not even come close to fitting—she should’ve had room to spare. I returned the vest and ordered two sizes larger and it still did not fit! She could not button a 4X vest which based on the size chart, should have been way too big! Sizing chart needs work!!!
