I purchased two pair
I purchased two pair, same size, different styles. One of them feels just a bit short for the length of my hand. The second style, same size, fits perfectly. It might be useful to provide a hand length chart in addition to the palm circumference measurements. Both pair are high quality, well made gloves.

Confusing exchange
I ordered 2 items and one wasn't the size I felt comfortable in and the other just wasn't the right item, so I wanted to exchange them and I started to do it online and it seemed like it was going to be confusing so I called and was helped by a very customer friendly associate. I was all over the place and confused the situation and she worked with me and helped me with my exchange and was professional and courteous. She was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable and confident that she understood what I was needing.
