Purchased a new pair of sandals for my wife. They arrived with scuffs marks on the side of the lower sole part. The lettering on the insoles were faded. Very disappointing as it was a gift for my wife. Returned.

It was very easy to navigate the website for choice and purchase. Unfortunately the shoes were too narrow for me and I had to return them. This was also very straightforward.

My shoes were delivered promptly. Great service by Daniel footwear.

The shoes were received, carefully packaged/boxed. Although for me, delivery could have been a little quicker. They are beautifully made and extremely comfortable, with cushioned insole which also caters for the arch BUT they run big in size AND are very wide. For this reason, half sizes would have been adequate, if such was available (ie 5.5 would have been perfect as this would have accounted for the width slightly better. I did not return the shoes as (1) the further delay in receiving an exchange; and (2) they were for an event. So instead, I placed an additional insole inside, which sadly meant the cushioned instep became lost, but allowed better for the oversizing of the width and length. My daughter who is a 7, fits a size 6 in these, so please order a size down from your normal size.

Order arrived efficiently within 2 days of ordering . Love the style and the colour of the shoe . Good match for the wedding outfit l was wearing . Just wish they were a bit more comfortable .

Sandals were quite large for the size, but the return postage for one box of sandals was £7!
