Course delivered at a good pace and no question was to much for trainer to go over

I had Matt as a tutor for my leadership and management course and he was brilliant! Always offering support from the first induction meeting to the last day.

This is a great course for someone has recently moved into a management position. I found the course really helpful with understanding how to manage a team effectively, how to be a good manager etc. The course material has a broad range of topics to cover, and you can select your preferred units at the beginning or as you proceed through the course. My assessor, Matt Griffin was very helpful, friendly and always contactable. He assisted me with one of the units I was struggling with, and always provided constructive feedback for me to improve on the next unit.

I recently completed the SMSTS Refresher course and exam with CST Training (csttraining.co.uk), and I couldn't be happier with the experience. David Howie, who was outstanding throughout, led the course. David is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and has a real talent for getting the best out of his students. The course was super practical, well-structured, and engaging from start to finish. David balanced the theoretical parts with real-world examples, which made everything much easier to understand and apply. His approach created a comfortable learning environment where everyone felt encouraged to participate and ask questions. I would highly recommend CST Training and David Howie to anyone looking to complete their SMSTS Refresher. It was an excellent experience, and I felt confident, updated, and ready to apply the knowledge to my work.

As a complete novice using zoom and a low skill level in computers the tutor was very helpful to a number of us on our course. Taking time to explaining step by step how to navigate the content. The tutor cover all the subjects in a fun and informative manner. I would highly recommend CST training to anyone looking to do online learning.
