Great Great experience! The tutor knows her way around focusing on the subject matters and introducing set-induction! Thanks the lessons were well understood and would be implemented as they were taught!
Very clear training and instructions and our tutor did not make it boring! Sharon was clear and used some examples which helped me to understand.
The teacher was A1 and made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed over the two days of learning.
NVQ completed with Daniel Buckley, he was a massive help and made everything run smoothly for me, great guy👌🏻
Really good with responding to queries, really helpful amazing and any time I needed support I was able to access. The format to complete my NVQ in customer service was very easy for me to look at and complete. I would be happy to use them again. Big shout out to Matt my tutor who supported me throughout.

I attended the SMSTS 5 day course - I went in there with a varying site experience and minimal confidence i left the course with a lot more confidence and knowledge for site. Mark Burgess was a great teacher he made the course personable and linked the slides to his own personal experience which made learning a lot easier and explained in a manner that would retain. 10/10 course. Luckily I passed which added to my confidence. Will be back for my NVQs!
It was a lot to take in but the instructor was very good
Passed the test today. I knew it would be different from the straight 5 day course but I think they delivered it as well as they could. I think 5 straight days would be easier as you don't have the gaps in between lessons, but I didn't have that option due to work commitments. One slight improvement would have been to issue the on screen information in a booklet or download so you could follow the on screen lessons through the booklet. Would I do it again - yes I would.
As a person who does not gather infomation through text and reading, Mark was a great toutor, explaining scenarios with real life experiences .The way he managed to give his own personal experiances into the course made you feel like you were the one on site In his shoes deling with certain situations, which made it very relatable in a practical format. Passed my course with 11 others on our first exam, great atmosphere and new friends made in this experience
SMSTS course completed successfully today:) An absolutely Amazing Experience and huge Congratulations to my teacher Mr Mark Burgess who has delivered for sure the best course I've ever experienced. I enjoyed and I've learned in 5 days the most Important lessons, not just to pass the exam and be well prepared for my future career, but also a life lesson as well. 100% recommend CST Training and trust me Mark Burgess it will help you achieve and get better understanding of how to become a successful and professional Site Manager in Construction ! Repeat user having used CST to complete my SSSTS a few years ago and it was a no brainer to come back and use again to complete my SMSTS. Delivery was excellent with a knowledgeable, friendly Tutor who took great care to impart his experience whilst explaining the intricacies of this particular course. I can honestly say that I would not look beyond CST for any further training required

Roger Pitt the tutor, has 35 years plus of real world experience which he uses examples of in his classes. I struggle with paying attention and let him know so he gave regular short breaks to help with that. Would recommend CST and in particular Roger to anyone looking to do this course

Literally just finished the exam. I can't deny I was concerned about doing an online course but actually found it to be brilliant. Dave the tutor was exceptional and easy to get on with. Would recommend to anybody and use CST again Oh and I passed as did 100% of the class
