Course was Delivered in a clear and professional manner. Questions answered in understandable manner. Course Tutor was diligent in the delivery of the course. Always inspiring confidence to attendees. Well-structured course with clear timelines. I did the 1 day a week for 5 week course, start of each week we had a recap of the previous week. Final day we had a revision session which was very helpful.

The tutor had terrible wi-fi problems which caused delays and a disjointed second day of the course. When there was wi-fi there was too much chatting and not enough course material being put over. In answer to the reply - interactive would entail everyone talking about the course content, not just the host talking about their own experience. Lovely guy, but the course is for people to renew their certificate and the content is more important than the unrelated chatter.

Well delivered course and easy to understand

Booked a classroom course and recieved my booking so booked my time off.That night I recieve an email invoice for £60 on their online account I didnt make. I then get a phone call the next morning to say my course is cancelled at last minute. Alternatives were 5 weeks away or online only no discount offered. I asked for a refund and they stalled a day before agreeing. A week later no refund has been paid. Unprofessional slow to refund and arrogant when in the wrong.

Sat my sssts with Mark Burgess and what Excellent tutor he is. Great learning experience and quite enjoyable (For training). Cannot recommend CST Training or Mark Burgess enough for whatever course your looking for. Thanks again Mark JP

The course was very well organised. The tutor was brilliant and made sure we were well prepared for the final exam. Definitely would use again.

It was a great experience all through the 5 days SMSTS training with an experience tutor Mr Karan Randhawa. He made the learning environment very conducive and he related the course teaching with live scenarios. Also, Mr Steve Pearman who is one of the managers, assisted me in a very professional manner during the online booking of the course

I completed a 3-day online IOSH-MS course. I found the course very useful. Our instructor Phil Drake was engaging and full of knowledge. A great experience overall.

Amazing teachers and a great training catalog.
