Everything Rachel and the team at the Balloch depot done was superb. From assisting with materials to on time phased delivery due to space constraints, I couldn't praise this team high enough. So difficult to find a company who focuses on offering friendly, expert service and I will be back to see the team in the near future for more high quality, competitively priced materials.

Had 20 x tonne bags of red aggregate chips delivered across 3 x separate loads in the past two weeks. Superb service from the staff at Balloch and especially delivery driver Steven who is so helpful. Super-tight driveway entrance, uphill reverse, truck with a big tail swing, over hanging trees...no problem at all!

I placed on order just before closing time at the Dalry branch on Saturday for Monday delivery. On Monday morning I had to add to the order and this was dealt with before the lorry left. Cowal Reddance driver and his colleague then off-loaded the delivery and carried it to where it was required, rather than simply at the pavement.
