absolute joke of a company. no one will deal with them. try to make a claim and they make it impossible. dont waste your money with these. pay a little extra with someone else

Getting the right travel insurance is important and speaking with people who know and understand your travel needs helps get you the right cover, at the right price in an easy to understand travel policy, friendly efficient customer service and good knowledge of the terms and conditions making it clear to know your covered and then getting the paperwork done and making it easy to pay and set up your policy accordingly was the reasons i chose cover wise and I’d recommend them to.

Do not use this insurance company or their underwriter AXA. I have used this company for a couple of years without claiming until this year. I was due to go on holiday in July this year but was diagnosed with breast cancer 2 weeks before I was due to fly. I cancelled my holiday and spent the next 4 weeks having scans, biopsies followed by an operation. Coverwise were provided with all of the information requested from my GP and myself. I have had to chase them up and they are using shoddy delaying tactics to weasel out of their responsibility. This company and AXA are behaving in such a grubby way during what is and continues to be a traumatic time. Stay well clear of this snake oil company and their underwriters

Got a policy for a trip through Coverwise. Required medical attention under the insurance but still almost 2 months later I haven’t been paid out. Coverwise use AXA insurance and this company is a scam. Every two weeks, they will ask for a new document before they pay out. Despite always sending it within hours of being asked, there is always another required document they tell me about weeks later. Avoid at all costs. Will amend review if there are any developments.

Far too expensive. Will not be using Coverwise again.

Happy with quote however I needed to amend/add cover but apparently your rules state you can't do that and won't even refund. I have to take out another policy to add what I need. It's no wonder big business makes its money. I won't be using you in future

Covered all aspects of my medical condition at a great price for annual insurance. Had no issues with how Richard explained the policy. Would definitely recommend.
