Great customer service! My only regret is I wish I ordered it when it was warmer out, as the cover to our fire pit is 57 plus inches and to instal in the cold, well it took some tugging. However happy with the service and the product.

We ordered these covers in the past (10 years ago) so we already knew they were worth their weight in gold. The new ones came fast, fit to specification, and so far seem just as well made. These covers have preserved our furniture and cushions in a near-new state through all four seasons, and every type of weather. I am very happy with the product ! My only advice would be to allow about 1/8 extra dimensions when ordering as it is an EXACT fit and can be difficult to get on. Also an E-mail form the company as to the status of the order would be nice. Otherwise I am a happy camper ! Thank you
