I know it's been 1 month, my bad! For not reviewing the order I got from last year. Well, better late than never! Luckily I've got my good quality set - technically the shirt, first.... and free sunglasses. Then the skirt came a bit late. It was at first, lost BUT then when I mentioned about this to her. She then told the others to package it ON TIME , before the Holiday season! And it finally did came! (Srsly, hopefully I didn't sound pushy nor impatient.....><) Caitlyn was very helpful and nice with my very first order! Sooner or later, I will mostly get help from her again! For my next order! :)

Unfortunately my package was lost and I never received it. But by the help of Olivia from CosmoStudios I got a refund. Her communication with me was very consistent and clear the whole way through. Thank you Olivia.

**Update (3/8/21): Changing my rating from 1 star to 3. I received an email from customer service based on this review (I should've emailed them first). I had already gotten rid of my item but I sent pictures of it and Olivia agreed that the product was not the quality that it should be. It was too late to return the item for a refund but she offered me store credit for the value of my item. I can see why there are such good things said about the customer service, they are very helpful and communicative. I will update this again once I receive another product. (1/20/21) So disappointing, maybe a scam? Ordered a sweater that just came in the mail nearly a month after ordering and it looks NOTHING like the picture. The quality is so bad and it smells terrible. I wrote a review on their site but as it's negative I doubt they'll put it up. Be very careful buying from here! They don't accept returns unless the product is damaged so now I'm stuck with it and I can't get my money back.

We are so happy with our experience at Cosmique. The skirt my daughter ordered is darling and she absolutely loves it! When the skirt arrived, we discovered that it was a size too small. Olivia solved our problem immediately! She was quick, polite, and super sweet! A new skirt is already on its way! I can not say enough about this company and about it's wonderful customer service!

She answers your questions immediately and looks for solutions for you if you are having a problem. Olivia is very resourceful and also extremely sweet.
