Staff are very kind and friendly It’s like meeting up with old friends

I had microneedling. My time at the clinic was so friendly and professional. I was a little nervous due to the covid pandemic but as soon as I walked in I was immediately put at ease. The procedures and protocols put in place were great. I immediately had my temperature taken. Then was asked to wash my hands and given a face mask to wear. The seating was arranged with 2 meter distancing and when busy I was moved to a different room to allow the continuation of this rule when other clients arrived. I will never be concerned about going for treatment now as the health and safety of both staff and clients were second to none. Fantastic professional experience.

I had such a great experience the first time i came back again. Felt completely in safe hands and all aspects of the treatment are gone through in fine detail to ensure you are happy before, during and after treatment. Advice given is detailed and knowledgeable. I am delighted with the results and will go back.

Disorganised on the day and information was given backwards due to educators childcare requirements ie told about the drugs by drug rep, then how to perform the treatments by the nurse and finally a quick run down of anatomy by surgeon. Lacking the little touches like name badges to foster networking with other candidates or a pen and paper to take notes. Course take home was a free aesthetics magazine that was 6 months out of date. Only 2 models, one only requiring minimal intervention. Not as much practical opportunity as I was expecting. Very experienced vascular surgeon and vascular nurse made the course. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and gave real expectations for treatment, how to handle complications and how to use the skills in existing business. Lunch was lacking. Overall, overpriced and not great value for money however you're a bit cornered as not many centres offer this training.

The experience from the phone call to treatment I cannot fault. They give you real advice on best treatment no surprise costs. you are treated to five Star service and you are involved in the whole process. Only place I trust.

Great facilitator Fleur for the chemical peel and micro needling training, would to do more courses with her.

Amazing got me an appointment ASAP after lockdown it was needed. 100% felt with all social distancing requirements. Booked again for my October appointment. No hassle and satisfaction guaranteed.

Usually good but left with a massive black and painful eye from bruising, wrong measurements used and no response to email.

I have had treatments at cosmetic courses several times, never had a bad experience, everyone is friendly, professional and knowledgeable, they know their stuff! The clinic is clean and bright and I always feel at ease. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Lovely receptionist, who I thought during different times due to Covid carried out temperature checks, hand washing, social distancing and ensuring mask were being worn. Then going for the procedure the lady(forgotten her name) was in full PPE. Very professional. A**
