A terrible experience but not with clinician but with the reception staff. It was pouring with rain and I had ring the bell twice for a receptionist to come and let myself the two other people waiting outside in and I could see the receptionist through the window just chatting. We were all extremely wet and she wasn’t very inviting. After my treatment the receptionist discussed my treatment and payment in front of other patients in the waiting room. A really horrible experience. I will now be making my appointments at the Princes Risborough clinic where the reception staff are very professional.
Emma’s artistry with facial sculpting is remarkable. The results of the procedures she carries out with minute attention to detail is wonderful - a fresh and natural look.

Small teaching group hosted by 3 excellent lecturers who kept their presentations relevant and focussed. Everyone felt relaxed and free to ask questions. Small lunch provided and plenty of drinks before the afternoon practical session, putting theory into practice. Great shared experience and lots of practical good advice throughout. Comprehensive teaching pack provided too, plus certificate and CBD points! Excited to start treating patients now!
