Wir fliegen seit mehreren Jahren mit Corendon und waren eigentlich immer zufrieden. Jedoch diesmal fängt das Problem schon beim Ticketkauf an. Ich versuche seit 2 Wochen Tickets zu kaufen. Jedoch wird das Geld abgebucht, aber ich bekomme weder eine Buchungsnummer noch eine Bestätigung. Nach ein paar Tagen wird das Geld wieder zurück überwiesen. Dies liegt wahrscheinlich an einem Fehler zwischen trustly und Corendon und nicht an mir. Das freche dabei ist, dass nach jedem Fehlschlag die Preise angestiegen sind. Zwischen meinem ersten Versuch und jetzigen Stand liegt ein Preisunterschied über 200€. Ich habe das Kundenkontaktformular ausgefüllt und keine Antwort bekommen. Nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten konnte mir niemand entgegenkommen. Es wurde nur angeboten die Tickets für den aktuellen Preis zu kaufen. So etwas habe ich definitiv nicht von Corendon erwartet. Sehr traurig und Schade.
