Was called by Haslemere branch to let me know that my order would need to fulfilled by Borden Branch. They set it all up no problem.

Excellent customer services. I made an order without realising that it wasn't in stock and the store didn't know when It would be in. They rang and asked if I would like my money back or they could recommend something similar. I asked what they had and he explained and I picked that. I had to pay a little extra as the stones were slighty more and he arrange for someone to call me back and take the cash. Delivery was on time and the pictures of the product did not do it justice

Quick delivery all products delivered on time Just to add had an issue with some items and the issue was rectified within 5/10 minutes on the phone and a new delivery booked in the next day. Top customer service.

Having been let down by another supplier, I had to look for another. If only I had known there was a Coomers in my home town. They always did me proud in the past and I'm so made up to know there is one here. The products were delivered as indicated and communication about the delivery was fantastic. Its always clear that effort to pick the wood is given by the staff as they all came perfectly without cracks, dents, and warps. They will always get my custom before any other.
