I knew I couldn't pick up the sheets of ply in my car so was happy to pay the delivery charge. Expecting a delay on delivery of 3 to 5 days I was pleasantly surprised when email came back quickly stating delivery for following day. And sure enough a van turned up well before lunchtime and delivery accomplished.

Efficient and prompt
The Timber I ordered was delivered promptly and the driver was very courteous and helpful, but when I started to use the wood I found some was very warped and could only use some short lengths I managed to cut from the full length.
The online experience was easy and quick, the delivery process was also quick and easy, I also went to the depot and bought some extra items, and the in store experience was also quick and easy.
As requested, you delivered a day early on a smaller van and the prices were the best around for fencing. And you had stock!

Ordered online on Thursday evening. Delivery took place Tuesday. It’s not the slowest delivery I guess, however next day call back, letting me know a the delivery date would have been appreciated. Not a major issue, just not A* either. I received a call from coomers today regarding my review. They explained their process and what was achieved and also various other aspects that happened. Generally a company only tries to reach out to you when the require to be better or rectify an issue. Nothing in my experience had gone wrong in this deliver, however, they appreciated my judgment is valued. Well done coomers.

Very easy to order, good prices
We have been using Coomers for a DIY project that we are currently working on. Initially we visited the Haslemere site for advice on the materials we would need. The guy behind the sales desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took us out to the woodyard and showed us some different options. We then came home and ordered some timber to be delivered. The ordering process and the prices were good. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
