I received a letter from Consumer Rights regarding ECO 4 grants, I spoke to Say who explained how the process works and what documentation I needed to provide. Ray put me under no pressure and have me adequate time to source the documents. He has now forwarded my application forward and has provided good communication throughout, now waiting to hear from the installation company

After having tried several times to apply for a grant to some other schemes and getting nowhere, I was a little sceptical when I received a letter from consumer rights but tried anyway. I rang and spoke to Aled who was fantastic. He processed my application very efficiently clearly explaining everything in plain English as he did so and made it very clear that he would be on hand to assist in any way should any problems arise going forward. He put me in touch with John English at ARPG eco, another top fella whose team have been and completed all work in a very satisfactory manner. The guys carried out the work quickly and left the place neat and tidy. They are a credit to ARPG eco. Special thanks to Laura who kept me informed every step of the way.
Ok, so our application has been put on hold because of financial restraints from the Welsh/UK Government (surprise, surprise), but l have been informed there might be more money in the pot when the new financial year starts in March/April. We are not holding our breath, but l would still like to say a big thank you to Sophie Williams regardless whether we get help or not. A really lovely person that has done her utmost to try and get us some essential home improvements through the UK government backed scheme. Sophie W has been a pleasure to deal with. From start to currently, SW has been going above and beyond to provide the help and support needed. The patience , empathy and enthusiasm that has been displayed has been amazing to see, and a pleasure to be on the receiving end of. Sophie has offered to continue to be of help and aid when needed which is greatly appreciated as although the bulk of what was needed is done, it is not yet finished and again another example of the willingness to help. If i had to contact consumer rights again, it would be Sophie i would be asking for.
