I would recommend this process to anyone who has the opportunity to have insulation/cavity wall work done . I have refused in the past thinking it would be costly/difficult or invasive . None of this applied thanks to Robin Jones whose support, knowledge and ability to reassure and answer my many questions made the whole process worthwhile . Every worker from AR Eco was efficient, polite and a pleasure to meet . Many thanks to all concerned .

Very efficient service with Yasmin … just waiting now on date with assessors to determine what upgrades are needed at my home … excellent service so far
I really didnt believe this would be free but applied anyway as last winter was freezing in this house. I was accepted and was told it would take up to six weeks for the assessment. The following week an assessor came round!! Was told it would take six weeks for the installation. About three days later, the engineers were booked in for the next day!! I now have a brand new shiney boiler and IT WORKS! They installed a top of range boiler, SMART valves that turn off if you are not in the room and a new thermostat I can manage from my phone. I was hoping for the boiler but didnt expect the rest. What a bonus! I am actually not dreading winter now! Its been a pleasure liaising with everyone involved in the process and the engineers were charming and very tidy, cleaning up any mess they made. I really cannot thank you all enough. What a relief!
