Firstly I was overly grateful that I received the courtesy call from Kelsey A, as I really needed to speak to someone about my account with companies made simple. Not only was Kelsey A, polite and understanding but she was able to explain things to me in a way where I understood what I needed to do and how to go about it. I had previously spoken to someone last week and was left confused and not sure why I was asked to do what I had done! Kelsey A, is just what customers like me are looking for when it comes to needing help and assistance without to much jargon being used. Kelsey A, was also very patient and didn’t make me feel rushed. Once we were done I felt rest assured about what was expected of me and what to do next. Thank you Kelsey A x

I use Companies Made Simple quite often to incorporate companies. With new id verification requirements by Companies House it’s becoming more time consuming to get the company incorporation process done as obtaining correct address proof documents to satisfy requirements is delaying the process, but the helpful staff are always ready to clarify any queries and provide support. Response time answering queries is quick.
