J'ai aimé la façon dont ils orientent ceux qui ne savent pas quoi faire. Moi j'ai envoyé plusieurs fois mes documents de vérification mais à chaque fois que c'est pas les bons documents, ils ne se sont pas fâchés, ils m'ont aidé à envoyer les documents qu'il fallait sans se fâcher quand j'envoyais les mauvais documents.
