After completing the tasks and collecting 1,000 coins, you may attempt to withdraw your earnings only to find that they suddenly require numerous personal documents, including your ID, passport, and even a video of yourself. It's excessive and invasive, especially considering the payout is only $1. If that's the case, I could easily give every CoinPayU employee $1 as long as they provide me with all their personal documents too.
Payment not received on an android game. I followed all the rules. No payment notification in my dashboard. I asked support, it's useless, they don't want to help you solve the problem.

Title: Warning about Coinpayu – Completed high-paying task, got reward, then banned before withdrawal I've been using Coinpayu for 3YEARS. I mostly used just one active account. Recently, I (shiva83) completed a high-paying offer worth $50, and the reward was successfully credited by the offer provider. But just before I could withdraw it, Coinpayu suspended my account without any prior warning. They claimed it's due to having multiple accounts and using a VPN, even though: They had already paid me for multiple smaller tasks in the past. They never warned me or gave me a chance to fix the issue. I voluntarily deleted all extra accounts and asked politely to only keep my main one, but they refused. This feels like a setup: They let you earn and withdraw small amounts to build trust (about 1$-5$). Once you complete a big offer (that takes real time and effort), they suddenly ban you like me :) They keep the reward, even though the task was completed and approved by the offer company. Coinpayu didn’t block my access when small rewards were involved — only when a $50 task was at stake. That’s suspicious and unfair. If you’re thinking of using Coinpayu, be cautious. When real money comes into play, fairness may disappear.
