I am relatively new to coincasso, and I have already had a bad experience with their site. After doing some trades for a few days I attempted to withdraw funds to my coin base account. The site states it will take no more than 24 hrs, however after 24 hrs I had not received the funds. I then reported it to customer service. They opened a ticket to investigate the issue. After waiting another day with no response from IT. I contacted customer service again about this to get an update. One rep told me they are having problems with withdrawals and another told me it's because I used the USDT contract address instead of my wallet addresss. Which is an insult. I have made many successful deposits from other exchanges. I definitely used my wallet address. When I showed a screen shot of the address I used as proof. They totally ignored the screenshot and again deferred to saying IT is working on my ticket and please wait. Finally the refunds return to my coincasso wallet and I attempt the withdraw again to my coinbase wallet. The same thing happens again! The withdraw failed. It has been 5 days since IT has opened this ticket and I still do not have a resolution. The reps keep repeating the same thing. "A ticket is open be patient." Well at this point my patience has run out and I don't feel my coins are safe here. I will not deposit anything else until I know I can successfully withdraw my coins as well.This is very poor customer service!
