i have just opened an account, deposited and swapped but when I withdraw every time transaction Failed so can't withdraw each and every time transaction Failed. Case id 24501933

I did make a mistake and was scammed. However when I spoke to the representative he was very difficult to understand, became rude, sarcastic and insulting. His insults were, "you should have known better, it is your fault and Coinbase cannot do anything to help you". When I asked to look into the account and safe pal and due a trace, he that is a waste of his time, said I cannot help, have a nice day and hung up. While this is my fault I will cancel all accounts with Coinbase. In addition I could not get a case number.

Scam, rob your money and have it all fixed! Clearly it’s all an inside job, would avoid at all costs, customer service are shit, trust pilot, no trust there! Massive scam

WZORCOWY tp słowo które mogę wyrazić o Coinbase. Podejście, to ze tu nie ma problemu - kto korzysta ten wie o czym mówię - powoduje z tu zaczynam konwersje na krypto. I tu odpoczywa rezerwa. Szkoda ze questy się skończyły, ale - jakoś to przeżyje ;)

Do not give this company your money,the customer service is worst than poor you just get the same robotic response everytime I have sent them a screenshot of the transaction on erherscan which shows the successful transaction and they still refuse to get back to me and fund my account they have stolen my money and I cannot get a response from anyone in customer service. Please use another crypto exchange other than coinbase if you wish to access to your funds

Solid and trustworthy, great for beginners. Yes the fees are a bit higher, but to me it is a price I’m okay to pay for the ease of use and the feeling of it being safe.

Really poor. I have a small amount of currency in a coinbase account, something that represents less than 5% of my annual salary and less than .5% of my net worth. Coinbase have locked the account and will not allow me to buy, sell or transfer without proving a mass of irrelevant information that has nothing to do with them. I am now trying to close the account and find somewhere that allows me the freedom to do whatever I choose, whenever I choose and however I choose with MY own money.

Getting back my old account was very easy and fantastic.
