My Yr10 student who is preparing for VCE mathematics is finding the Cluey tutorial extremely helpful. The tutor is flexible when it comes to changing up topics being covered on any particular session.

Cluey learning is convenient, and my daughter says her tutor is very helpful and explains until she understands.
For working parents having the convenience of extra tutoring is key and Cluey learning ticks those boxes.
Only had one session and it was cut short, a naive and unsure tutor. Not happy and should have read the reviews before I signed up. You can’t contact anyone on the phone but they won’t leave you alone before you sign up. Not happy!
The platform is really well set up and makes use of the Australian curriculum to provide practice questions.
However, you may have to run through a few tutors before finding the right one for you/your child.
So glad we were introduced to Cluey, my child has excelled and grown so much confidence in her English Essays now where she struggled to understands some areas. Thanks Cluey it’s really made a difference and paying off in such a short time. 👏👏👏 here’s to growing 🎉
My son has been enrolled eith cluey for 20 weeks now. In this 20 weeks, he has had about 5 different tutors which is very disappointing and disruptive.
I was trying to get in contact via phone to discuss the lack of information in my child's weekly reviews but could not get a hold of anyone via phone. So email it was. However emailing proved to be extremely difficult as the person did not understand what my complaint was 😡. They offered new sessions times with a previous tutor whom my son seemed to gel with, but the times were not appropriate- 8pm on a week night is not acceptable for a 10 year old.
When I first queried cluey learning, I could not get a minutes peace without someone ringing me to discuss my options, now I'm lucky if I find a way to get hold of someone via phone.
$80 per session is a lot of money, especially when you cannot get hold of anyone to discuss matters that arise.
Would not recommend unless last resort
They kept calling you before you enrolled. But after that would be impossible to talk to them. 0 service and just want your money. I would cancel my credit card just to avoid the future charge.
Where do I start with this company.
They don't provide qualified tutors - they are uni students but this is not conveyed when they are trying to get your business. They make false promises, saying they will action something then don't. They take your money but don't deliver a service. They make it extremely difficult to raise issues with them and have no option to talk to anyone. They take your money and refuse to refund even though they have failed to deliver the service.
We didn't even get to the first session and already so many issues, AVOID at all costs. I plan to take this further with my credit card company in terms of fraud if I do not receive an adequate response from my email to them.
I do not recommend parents using this service.
