CLUB 1984.

Recently made a purchase for the first time really good quality and customer support more then happy to assist with any issues highly recommend.

Emailed twice in regards to an exchange of size and literally have not had a response at all. Not even an automated one to say someone will deal with it.

Great clothes, great quality and design. I made a mistake on my order with the address which they rectified this right away. Service 10/10 no complaints every time I’ve used them.

All In all I really like the clothing, Had a slight issue with 1 T-shirt I ordered with a peeling letter, and they have resolved the issue without any arguments. Everything else I have ordered has been really good quality and fit.

I ordered a few items and now I have been waiting a few weeks for someone to get back to me as my son already has this T-shirt I am only looking for a replacement

Ik had een bestelling geplaatst bij Club1984, waarbij ik een trui en een shirt had besteld. Ik had deze in dubbele maten besteld om te voorkomen dat er geen goede maat bij zit. De dag na de bestelling en betaling krijg ik een factuur van DHL van €90 voor invoerrechten en BTW. Dit terwijl hier niks over op de site wordt vermeld. Er wordt zelfs gemeld dat er boven de €150 gratis verzending is. Daarnaast moet retourneren via de mail en kan dit niet via de site. Let dus op bij het bestellen op deze site dat er boven een bepaald bedrag extra kosten aan verbonden zitten. De bestelling volledig annuleren is niet mogelijk, dus ben je verplicht de kosten te betalen, of je het pakket nou retourneert of niet.

CLUB 1984 has some great designs and standout style, plus fast delivery and reasonable pricing. However, issues like fading, shrinkage, and delays with refunds need improvement. The brand has promise, but there's room to grow in quality control and customer service to maintain its unique appeal in the competitive streetwear market.

Shocking quality t shirts. Don’t put them in the wash as they will ruin and customer service isn’t very helpful either.

Une des pires expériences E-commerce depuis bien longtemps - lieu de livraison non respecté - un packaging façon Shein/Temu - des taxes/droits de douane à régler à réception et évidemment non prix en charge par le marchand qui se dédouane de ces frais. - donc finalement un marchand qui n'est pas à la hauteur, bloqué dans l'E-commerce des années 2010, et incapable d'avoir un set-up de son Shopify.

Bad! Had to pay 88€ for customs after shipping. So after paying 190€ for two sweaters there are additional costs from cutoms after shipping. This is not clear after ordering the clothes

Buena calidad, pero mala presentación y costos ocultos La calidad de la playera es buena, pero la presentación deja mucho que desear, especialmente si la comparas con marcas como Nude Project, donde por la mitad del precio tienes una mejor experiencia. Además, no te avisan que al recibir el paquete podrías pagar €25.25 de aduana, sumado a los €7 de envío. En total, la playera puede costarte más de €90, lo cual ya no vale la pena considerando que hay marcas más posicionadas que ofrecen una experiencia mucho mejor por el mismo precio.

I have purchased various items from CLUB 1984 over the various drops and the quality of clothing is of the highest calibre. Recently I was sent the wrong order, however within 2 days my correct order was re sent to myself and couldn't fault the communication of Sara at the support team so I would highly recommend purchasing from CLUB 1984.

Accidentally put old address on order (recently moved house) contacted the company and had everything sorted immediately. Have ordered a few times now and the quality of the garments, professionalism and presentation is always spot on.

The quality is not worth the price you pay for their shirts. It’s a premium price for a pretty basic shirt. You’re better off buying from a premium brand like Kith. I also attempted to return the shirts I purchased, but they don’t provide return labels making it just as costly to return the items as it was to purchase. So buyer beware.

I had a hoodie and t-shirt which had a defect which is unlike club 1984 as previous items have been spot on. I dealt with Sara from customer complaints centre and she was absolutely brilliant I sent over pictures of the defects, she inspected the defects and issued myself with replacements straight away. I can't thank Sara for enough for her time and effort on resolving my issue Sara is a credit to the club 1984 team.
