They settled my bet as a loser when the player i bet on retired 3 minutes later. I done the same bet on another sportsbook and it was voided. Asks for this to be looked at and no one is even interested in responding. Probably not wise to use this site for tennis betting

Withheld my funds

I am a second level gold status holder, I have made numerous deposits, my total betting volume is about $25,000, of which the betting volume in the casino is more than $20,000. I have withdrawn money several times in small amounts, a total of about $1,000, and for the next withdrawal request they asked for verification, I went through it completely and they immediately wrote to me that I'm blocked and they started some kind of investigation, which will last for 6 months. started using yesterday. pros: 1: very simple procedure to sign up. 2: Immediate and successful level 1 phone verification 3: nice and simple user interface cons: not a big thing. but when i tried withdrawing my winning money, I was asked to do level 2 verification. It was not at all needed my withdrawal request should have been processed under the level 1 KYC procedure. EOD, i managed to complete the level 2 KYC successfully and then the withdrawal process was nice, instant and easy. So far so good.. just a request to cloudbet team. please if you would like us to do the level 2 KYC in order to withdraw wining money, please confirm beforehand.. all the best Cloudbet team.. i actually gave it 4 stars first and now giving 2 just because they reduce the stake limit to pennies when they see that we are winning.. it is only my 2nd day with them.. sorry.. i dont recomment cloudbet to anyone..

The worst casino that exists. rtp 97 looks like 0. Two months ago I played a game from the provider nolimit and got 1 bonus game after 2000 spins, the bonus game for $ 2 gave $ 50 and that's for 2000 spins.
