Restock shampoo everyone loves deshed and relax

I have Clipit Quattro clippers and they are great, however, when I was using them I heard some rattling. I sent them back and they were returned to me working perfectly. It maybe something that I did and I offered to pay but Clipit did it free for me. Excellent after service and products. I love my clippers!

Paula was extremely helpful and offered good advice regarding the item I required. It was a pleasure to deal with her and her colleague. I cannot fault the service and I shall definitely be using Clipit again. Sue

I have been using clipit grooming products since they have been open for business. I have known the owner Paula since I started dog and cat grooming. I mainly use their shampoos , which are amazing ! They smell gorgeous and are kind to the pet's skin and my skin. Curls shampoo i use as lot as I have many doodles visit , de shed really does work on the double coated breeds very well and the Glava derm is outstanding for dogs with sensitive skin. Thank you Paula with your great knowledge and experience, the support you give to your customers is definitely 5 star 🌟

Really unprofessional service the way I was spoken too when just needed some help with a problem I had with pair of clippers and blades I brought which was £210 roughly altogether so I expected to be spoken to with respect when purchasing from any company and have never had this problem before I am so disappointed as was recommended by another groomer I will never do business with this company again

The Clippers arrived in good condition, they are effortlessly easy to use, the battery on the unit is excellent. Really nice to use. My little dog was very comfortable with me & my wife using it to trim her.

Good quality items. Good delivery time but I ordered 1 navy pair of cargo trousers and 1 black cargo trousers and got 2 navy, but I’m sure clipit can resolve this very small issue.

Ordered the clip it clippers as part of a starter kit prior to attending a grooming course. Clippers seemed fine and I leaned to groom using them, my blades are now blunt, I cant get them sharpened unless I send them to a specific sharpener, the top cutter (£11) has been out of stock for ages and to buy new blades cost a fortune. I wish I'd known this prior to buying them. Id have much rather bought andis clippers or something that can have different blades attached for much cheaper, and get them sharpened. My sharpener cannot sharpen the clip it titanium blades.

Lovely little team of staff, always friendly and support dog grooming shows. My favourite purchase are the groomit nail clippers. Nice to hold, strong pair and no little side thing that keeps getting in the way (standard in every pair for some reason)

signed up for email as new customer. received welcome email from them. Offered a code valid for 3 days for free shipping. on entering code it did not work. used mobile contact on email to let them knkw. Advice was code was out if date. It wasn't. Then was told it could be a fake email, again it wasnt. They said would check with IT and heard nothing so i didnt bother to order. Should have been retified their end if sending invalid codes
