Sehr gerne 💖 Hier ist eine längere, emotionalere Bewertung: ⸻ Ich habe meine BBL-Operation machen lassen und kann aus tiefstem Herzen sagen, dass ich mich von Anfang bis Ende unglaublich gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Schon vor der Reise wurde ich umfassend informiert und betreut, sodass mir viele Ängste genommen wurden. Vor Ort lief alles reibungslos und sehr professionell ab. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, komfortabel und ruhig, perfekt für die Erholung nach der Operation. Ich konnte mich dort wirklich entspannen und neue Kraft sammeln. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die allgemeine Kundenbetreuung: jederzeit erreichbar, herzlich, aufmerksam und ehrlich bemüht, dass es mir gut geht – nicht nur medizinisch, sondern auch menschlich. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Esra und Sükran. Beide waren immer für mich da, haben sich Zeit genommen, mir zugehört und mir mit ihrer ruhigen Art viel Sicherheit gegeben. Ihre Unterstützung, Freundlichkeit und Fürsorge haben diese Erfahrung für mich enorm positiv gemacht. Man merkt einfach, wenn Menschen ihren Job mit Herz machen 🤍 Ich bin sehr dankbar für diese Erfahrung und würde mich jederzeit wieder so entscheiden. ❤️

My interaction with Beyza of the Mono clinic so far has been great. All procedures and queries thoroughly explained. Their services so far have been great.

I was contacted by Beyza, a very friendly and patient Lady who explained a lot regarding the procedure. She has been a good help to me and I can get in touch with her when ever I need to enquire about anything.

I travelled in December for 20 crowns and I am over the moon with the full service provided. Thanks to Mohamed, who was my patient service consultant he ensured my journey ran 100% smoothly. The hotel and staff were also amazing. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hey my name is Ramokone from South Africa,I was very happy to visit mono clinic in turkey. I went there for a gastric sleeve and dental treatment. My experience was a solid 10/10 I honestly can’t complain. From the clinic staff,the hotel staff and the overall treatment was exceptional,they check up on you even post op to make sure your healing journey is smooth so I will be definitely going back. I had my second visit to Mono Bekir was very helpful from the first interaction. He helped me with day to day scheduling of my appointments. He made my visit to Mono very easy and made sure I was informed about all my appointments in advance so it was a smooth process. He was very pro active and caring individual.

Caner has been so professional and super good with communication, booked everything feeling so clear about what’s to come , super nice and can’t wait to meet everyone in mono soon ❤️

Good morning to everyone who might read this ,I want to share my and my wife experience in turkey and mono clinic we went for a mommy makeover and gastric sleeve on myself and mommy makeover on my wife we had some after surgery complications on my wife surgery from a psicaloghy point and I appreciate all the medical personnel neurologist plastic doctor deniz all the nurses drivers the people that brought us breakfast lunch and dinner everyone so humane warm supportive and always on my side through one very difficult one but there's one person that I really never gonna forget for everything she did her smile kind gestures and the hope she gave me on very difficult week she was my support despite she probably didn't realize our very special thanks is for tutku tutku from day one of arriving in turkey to the last day she was our guardian our angel out counselor and I don't have enough words to tell you how much you were portanto in Helena recovery and make her smile again and give me hope

Had a wonderful stay, from the airport all the way to the hotel the staff was great. Ayca, Yagmur, Esra, Almira and offcourse Bekir, you guy's are doing a great job, keep it up👌👌.

If I could give my experience 10 stars, I would! So happy with the results. Also Said was amazing! He made my stay so much better and was always there to help. Recommend to everyone !

Dr. Eren is just amazing! I really love his work. Although I had a hard time recovering Said and Bekir tried to make the stay for me as easy as possible. I really trusted them and they are very professional and kind individuals. Thank you

Ich habe am 5.1.26 eine Bauchdeckenstraffung, 360 grad Liposuction und Bruststraffung mit Implantaten machen lassen. Fünf Sterne gebe ich Dr. Eren Ersöz und seinem Assistenzarzt für die hervorragende Arbeit. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Fünf Sterne bekommt auch das DBD Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Reinigungspersonal ist gründlich und freundlich. Fünf Sterne gebe ich auch Almira, die als Krankenschwester im Hotel für die Nachsorge zuständig ist und sehr zuverlässig und freundlich war. Fünf Sterne auch für Bekir, der bemüht war, Deutsch mit mir zu sprechen. Mit einer Übersetzer-App (Türkisch-Deutsch) auf dem Handy hat er sich bemüht, mit uns zu kommunizieren. Einen Stern bekommt Sukran, die mir trotz anderer Vereinbarung keine deutschsprachige Betreuung zur Seite gestellt hat. Zum Glück hat mich mein Ehemann begleitet, der Englisch spricht. Ansonsten wäre jegliche Kommunikation mit der Krankenschwester oder den Ärzten nicht möglich gewesen. Deswegen einen Punkt Abzug bei der Gesamtbewertung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Diana Ellermann

I traveled to izmir mono clinic for a tummy tuck,from the lady Damla who did my online consultation,Bursa my travel agent who handle everything that has to do with my journey there and back home,my co-ordinator Bekir who held my hand through out my journey before and after surgery,my driver who picked me up from the airport(osgur)spelling might be wrong and not forgetting my doctor who did and amazing job,super grateful,and not forgetting the mono clinic stuff including after care nurses who visited me more than once a day every day to check if everything is okay together with the amazing hotel stuff,I am super grateful they made my journey there super easy I didn't even feel that I went there alone because they held my hand through out,the mono clinic was the best for me, I am glad I chose them,thank you mono.
