Clairement une escroquerie. Ne vous laissez pas avoir par ce qui est annoncé sur le site internet, il n'y a AUCUN SERVICE CLIENT. Le numéro de téléphone et le mail sont bidons, il n'y a personne au bout. J'ai commandé une télécommande pour remplacer celle de mon tapis de marche. Elle a soit-disant été envoyée mais bizarrement, elle a atterrie en Allemagne alors que je vis en France. Donc il font semblant d'envoyer quelque chose à une adresse bidon et après, plus aucune nouvelle et aucun suivi ni réponse de leur part. D'après le suivi, le colis est indiqué retourné en Chine, car il s'agit d'une société chinoise et non pas américaine comme indiqué ici. Mais je pense que ce colis n'a jamais existé pour commencer. On m'avait donné le tapis de marche et donc j'ai fait confiance à la marque vu que j'ai le tapis chez moi mais je n'aurais pas dû.

No goods delivered being given the run around told how to fill forms for non receipt of goods . To be told i asked for chargeback? so my fault I have to try to get the money through my bank. Clearly a scam no order ever sent in the first place 194.00 Stolen from me this was a present for my daughter. Absolute thieves DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY on this SCAM!

Had this bought for me by my partner June 2024 by November 2024 it stopped working with an error code. Unable to contact via email they will not reply got a telephone number ringing them every week since December, done exactly what they’ve asked and told an engineer will come out to try and fix it and still nobody. Now they say they will send out another machine but still no sight of that. Would never recommend this company absolute shambles!

Ordered treadmill through ticktock, although i gave correct address , they delivered to wrong house . Iteam was brought for a young adult with additional needs (Autism) they refused to accept responsibility and are not willing to refund or send another treadmill. Don't even respond to emails, denied refund through tiktok shop. Even gave proof that it wasn't my address. Stealing money from a young adult with additional needs. Scumbags !

CITYSPORTS do not respond to emails, they offer a 12 month warranty treadmill stopped working after 6 months but CITYSPORTS can not be contacted email just ignored. It is ironic that I received an email yesterday from Amazon 'Stay alert about the latest scams' yet Amazon take payment from there customers on behalf of a company like CITYSPORTS who are allowed to sell on there platform. I will be reporting CITYSPORTS to Trading Standards they do not honor warranties, electrical smell which could be a fire hazard and offer no customer service I know they will not be able to help with the warranty.

I bought a treadmill a few months ago after a month it stopped working it was making a weird noise and saying error iv been trying to contact the seller which is impossible wouldn't waist your time buying from city sports

I bought myself the Citysport WP3 treadmill, after a few weeks it started to make awful sounds and walking on it felt not safe anymore. I contacted the supplier Noblefu, they sent me a repair video and the item that needed to be replaced but both the item and the video did not match up. The supplier did not reply to my messages about what to do now they are not reachable anymore. So now I am stuck with a broken treadmill and my guarantee is going to expire soon. I advice people not to buy any treadmills from Citysports because you are going to have to make your own repairs and contacting the people you bought it from is going to be futile. Contacting the official company City Sports is not possible, since you get 'delivery failed' message in your inbox.
