I have played at Chumba for 5 years and everything was great until now I won 96 SC on wonderland and never got paid when I complained I just got the runaround and was told I did not win when I know I did and also had a friend that watched me win but I never got any payout I will never play Chumba again I have spent 1000s there every month and for them to rip me off for 96 SC is so wrong.

I have never been more unimpressed with a casino. The amount of dead spins and “almosts” hitting free spins is crazy. Deposited 100.00 and had 90% dead spins. There are a lot of better places to play where even if you don’t cash out you can at least enjoy playing for awhile. This site is full of frustration. All the near misses are crazy. Does anybody know how to get a hold of someone to report problems with this site let me play on my account until I hit a jackpot and then as soon as I did they canceled my membership and kept not only the money that I won but also the money that I had debited to my account basically they stole my money. Not counting the winnings it's got to be against the law for them to take your debited transaction and not give your money back

Run for your life! Chumbo Casino is a scam! They do not offer any real money game play. For example, they just offer free spins if you play 777 Slot Bonanza. I love Chumba and I do invest in them literally everyday. Just in this pass month I know I've dropped over $800 and barley got 4 bonuses out of it. Haven't had a cashout since June. I haven't received any free play they use to offer lately. I really hate to back away from them but im getting very close to doing so. Heck I only live 45 minutes from a real casino.
