Fast delivery, great product

Diyer doing some roof and chimney repairs. Solid ladder and happy with it. Some assembly required but included some base instructions which were enough to help be get it done. Lightweight and sturdy. I went with 5m. Initial dialogue with company helpful to help me decide on correct ladder for me. Delivered in a few days with good tracking updates. Checked the ladder on arrival as asked to do so and all good.

We had an issue with the delivery company not complying with the process, this also resulted in the product being damaged. When I contacted Keri at Chase Ladders she went well and truly above and beyond. She was so helpful and kept in contact with me right up until the replacement arrived. Fantastic customer service.

Professional Conservatory ladder - fast delivery, great quality ladder feels secure working on top of conservatory. Can't fault Chase Ladders. Would be good to use another delivery company other than DX as they don't give you a time for delivery and the driver didn't bother to ring the bell - just dumped it outside.

Just the job for me I only needed a small ladder but it comes with great extension which set alone is brilliant in dead valleys (against an existing wall ) Light east assembly if you use your common sense and great price.

Good quality and value but let down by the courier, who seems to be causing damages to ladders in transit. Mine got some minor dens but useable, and Chase was very quick on the case and refunded me 5% for the imperfection.

Ladder was damaged, offered a refund but I would need to take a day off work for them to collect the damaged ladder, who ever they use for delivering there ladders must just fling them about

Ordered a double extension roof ladder, was damaged In transit, they offered to replace it and collect the damaged one, but I would have to take time off work for when damaged one was getting picked up, - suggested a partial refund of around 20% of what a paid, and ad make do with the damaged ladder, got told no, So basically expecting me to take a day off work and lose out on earnings due the no fault of my own,

Roofing ladder that comes in sections, to fit any roof but only as long and heavy as you need it. Genius
