Please be aware that any advice their professional provided will be charged irrespective of whether a product is purchased/investment was made or not, different from how other IFAs operate in this field. This is left vague, misleading and not clearly explained. Beware of signing any document, entering any correspondence with these without obtaining clear explanation of charges. We felt misled, were charged, charges were reduced on seeking clarity.

Recently purchased my first property, and Rachel Harrison was my mortgage advisor. She's an absolute superstar! Very helpful, knowledgeable, fast and reliable.
