It was a very good house, all was very clean and we had a welcom food packet. We ha a marvelous sight over the bay. The owner visisted us twices, and in the middel off the week the house was cleaned again and we get fresh lining. The rental office was ver quick and professional, they even aranged a car with goog conditions. .

Beautiful views and plenty of space The villa is beautifully located on top of a small hill, there are sea views on one side and mountain views on the other. There is plenty of space available for a family of 8, two living rooms, multiple terraces and tables to sit down for a meal etc. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a barbeque area as well. Pool was lovely and very private. It's better to have a car as the ascent to the villa is a little steep and not so convenient to bring groceries.

We loved every minute of our week in this villa. Katerina and George were tremendously kind and hospitable. The villa was perfectly equipped, and we particularly enjoyed spending time in the outside seating area. The views were enchanting and the location ideal for beaches and visiting Chania. We heartily recommend this accommodation.

Booked lefterias villa through chania rentals. From the first point of contact Vladhais (sorry if its spelt wrong) was so helpful and very quick to reply to any questions I had. We stayed at the villa from 21sept to 1st oct. First time ever renting a villa and will honestly never go back to hotels. The villa itself is just amazr exactly as the pictures show on the website. Absolutely spotless and everything you need is at your fingertips. The owners are the most friendly people and so helpful with tips on where to go what to do etc. Would highly highly recommend a stay and cannot wait to return.
You can stay at this villa and will not want to go back home 1st rate service and the local area is second to none plus the owner is solely for the visitors and looks after them and a 1st rate cleaner does a great job not a lot more to say. ..........
Chania Rentals had top class villas on there website and despite booking very late we managed to rent a superb villa (Lithos) which was exactly as described. Dealing with this company was effortless and any questions we had were answered promptly. We have already started looking at potential properties for next year although Lithos Villa will be hard to beat due to spacious, cool and well maintained accommodation plus a beautiful pool and tremendous views but still within twenty minutes walk to excellent taverna.

Haus ruhig gelegenen im Olivenhain. Die Nachbarvilla stört überhaupt nicht (Bäume dazwischen). Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, alles vorhanden bis sogar Licht und Steckdose am Grillhaus. Besser gehts nicht. Der Besitzer ist überaus zuvorkommend und stellt kostenlos Olivenöl und Raki in die Küche. Hausservice 2 mal/Woche. Manos gibt gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Essen gehen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr viel unternommen. Gewandert, geschnorchelt, gesegelt, Mountainbiketour zur Balosbay (ein Traum). Die Sonnenaufgänge und Untergänge auf den 2 Dachterrassen waren immer wunderbar - mit Blick aufs Meer. Herrlich!
Our week in a villa in Georgioupolis was everything we had hoped for: a villa close to the town and beaches which offered accommodation for a family group of mixed ages. We had such a warm welcome and the villa was of a very high standard.

This was our second holiday-letting experience with Chania Rentals and just like our summer 2015 experience we were very happy with the communication and response.
