Steer clear of TVs from this Company, Don't have a Repair programme or anyone that can help so end up wasting money, didnt even reply to Review...British company. So disappointing

Bought a small 22" TV for our bedroom as didn't want anything to overpower the new bedroom furniture. Usually we go for other brands but decided to buy Cello because they're made in the UK & that's something we're looking for more these days. In all honesty neither of us looked here on Trustpilot & I'm so glad we didn't since I tend to over-analyse things & think I might have been put off.. Anyway, the TV arrived on the date & time we were told with no quibbles (just a few days after ordering). We use it every evening & the sound & picture are totally what you would expect with no issues. Our experience with Cello Electronics also involves their telephone customer service. Just a few hours after receiving the TV I had an accident with it & called saying that it was completely my fault (which it was) & whether I could do anything to rectify it. The lady was so decent & Cello kindly replaced the item even though they knew I caused it. Genuinely, I am never going to buy another TV other than a Cello TV. Cello organised collection of the one I damaged (the original one) & delivery of the new one a few days later with the same courier at the same time. This is a genuine review & I hardly ever write reviews but have been meaning to write one since we received the replacement because we are both so impressed & grateful. Thank you Cello. You gave me my faith back with companies having heart & faith in UK manufacturing. Keep up the great work!

Bought British and liked the fact that it had a built in DVD, however after if was just out of manufacturers guarantee the screen developed a fault. The best help I could get from Cello was that it was out of guarantee and nothing they could do. I continued to watch it with the flickering lights on the screen for a further 6 months but now it is flicking between sources (dvd, html etc) every few seconds and won't respond to instructions from the remote to behave. Was rather hoping not to have to buy a new one every couple of years, but that's where I am. Disappointed

Bought a 12/230v 32” Tv for our motorhome, the TV was faulty on arrival, instead of replacing the tv they took it back for repair. Tv returned with more issues and was sent away again. This time came back with no issue found!? but was at least switching on now, so fine. 8 months later go away in the van again and different issue where the volume crashes the tv. So can’t watch anything with volume over 80% (which you need as the sound is very quiet) Out of warranty, advised it could be my vans power. 100% not as everything else works perfectly including the other tv. I should have know from arrival this TV was never going to work properly. Clear shielding and power supply issues. A tv used 5 times within its warranty and now heading to a skip. Avoid like the plague!

Absolutely awful tv. 2k android tv is so unbelievably slow, I hate it so much. I would never buy one again, or recommend anyone to buy one

Wow, probably one of the best tvs I have bought. I have the Cello C4324WSF web os tv. Connection and setup so easy. Picture quality is seriously good. Sound is superb, and the menu is really good. Everything so far has impressed me greatly. Very very happy with this tv.

We got a cello 50inch TV 9 months ago and it's so bad,we are waiting for charity to collect. We realised we don't even sit downstairs because the Tele is absolutely incapable of using any smart features. The TV part is fine,except from the remote is terrible you have to put it an inch for the sensor. Sorry cello,we really wanted to support British but wouldn't do it again

I bought a Cello 22in TV 5 weeks ago. The picture and sound are fine but I still haven't been able to get the teletext feature to work so, at least for the time being, it is in the garage and the previous LG TV is back in use. This TV is to worst I have ever had for setting

I cannot express enough about how amazing this company's customer service is.

Bought this TV to use in my campervan. picture is ok, but the sound quality is abysmal, so tinny!..makes the TV unwatchable, tried improving the sound using the EQ or sound settings, it made absolutely no difference. Tried connecting a Bose Bluetooth speaker to improve the sound, but was unable to pair with the TV after numerous attempts. A waste of money!

Bought a soundbar. Unfortunately it wasn't compatible with my Avtex TV. They said they will send courier to collect the soundbar which is fantastic and then right at the end inform me that it's going to cost £9.99. the soundbar itself only cost £49.99. What I'm annoyed about is the fact that it's advertised as being compatible with any TV and clearly it's not so I'm not very happy about being charged. So just be aware if there is a problem and you need to return items then charge you even if it's not your fault. Miss Cotton, Stafford

I am writing this review to the people who are in doubt of buying a TV from this company I bought a TV from this company which is in England it is a Ferguson TV and I have had it for over 2 year now and it is an excellent TV and excellent value for the money very good quality and most of all made locally in the UK I highly recommend them in what they produce.

Recently taken delivery of the Cello 32" flat screen TV with built in DVD courtesy of Amazon Italia. Its great works perfectly fine and over the moon with my purchase. I can only recommend the product and seriously thinking of buying a second one.

Bought this tv 8 days ago and in this time I've had to change the batteries in the remote 12 times, yes you read that right... 12 times. Just today, I've had to change them twice - this morning & as I'm writing this ( bare in mind I've been out of the house the last 10 hours) obviously without the remote working I cant turn the tvboff, change the channel or volume... nothing. Wasn't a cheap tv either so I'm not overly impressed or happy, I've contacted cello who are sending a new remote but this situation is utterly ridiculous- currently the tv is non responsive even though ive just put fresh batteries in it so im now stuck staring at the homescreen unable to actually watch anything & cello arent open over the weekend - so im in for a nice fun weekend with no television Definitely don't recommend these TV's

Please don't waste your money on this product the picture is good but you can only watch it for half hour and it totally freezes up and u can't change channels or turn the volume up.and Down looking int the interned I'm not the only person with this problem I have only owned this TV since Christmas and is now no good

Bought a 19" tv no problem with the picture ,but the sound!!! its beyond awefull, tiny echoey, no matter what you do! wont be buying another, customer service is abysmal !!!

I bought a tv bracket to work in my campervan conversion, along with a 12v/240v tv. The bracket failed, upon inspection I found it to be poor design on reflection and unsuitable, not fit for purpose. It bends under tensioning the clamp screws and they bend the flanges of the bracket as they are far too weak for the tension needed to clamp the tv. Hence the brand new tv flew off, smashed and I needed a new one. Has anyone else had problems with these brackets, please post here if you have as Cello say I am the first, which I dont believe.

Godawful sound - like a tinny transistor radio. Hideously difficult to set up for anyone not into tech, and no handbook of any sort - a square with squiggles in it is no bloody use to someone with no smart phone or techy skills.

Well, the 2 Cello Electronics personnel that I have communicated with were so refreshing polite and competent. Rachel responded to my email after I forwarded it in the early hours which I received today. Another lady was helpful and polite too. It certainly is a rarity nowadays where 'customer support' is usually 'non supportive' and electronic gobble de gouch and then we get cut off! I will definitely purchase Cello & Ferguson in the future, as opposed to the expensive Panasonic & Sony products. Thank u again. Sheila 😄

Hello just brought a 32in cello tv only had it a day and tv ariel fitting is broken come out side of case switched too sat ariel that doesn't work not a good start ,I've heard off several people this is a common problem ,this tv is supposed to be a 2023 model lessons need to be learnt ignoring aproblem doesn't make it go away I'm very disappointed
