Fiables, llevo años con ellos y para renovar he tenido un problema con la nueva forma de pago que han resuelto rápidamente

Llevo tres años renovando con ellos y sin problemas, algún corte evidentemente, pero es lo que es. Pero al hacer esta última renovación me pide escanear un documento, será la página todo lo segura que queráis pero no me fio. No sé si alguien conoce otro sitio que se pueda hacer un pago normal y sea medio fiable Gracias

It's a SCAM you have been warned! They will randomly cancel your service without any notification. I raised a ticket and was told my account seemed to have been compromised and has now been permanently disabled. When I asked for proof, and stated I'm using 2-factor authentication so if it was the case they would need a code to log in I was simply ignored! I suspect they just didn't want to honor the year I had left of the discount I initially had paid for. Extremely frustrating, don't use these lot!

Francamente estaba contento hasta la renovación pero hoy al ir a renovar plataforma me pide el DNI por las dos caras escaneado...y no lo voy hacer....alguna opinión sobre esto?? No me da confianza y no sé si mandar el nif

I was using them for 3 years without issue and then one day they simply started blocking basic functionality. Like watching streams from VLC media player and seemingly most other desktop applications. Every single other service I've found allows this. I messaged back and fourth for a few days on this and they eventually just closed the ticket without any kind of solution what so ever. Do yourself and favour and avoid this company and good luck getting a refund from them if you do try it because the new payment method is extremely sketchy.
