Buyers be ware :On Cars ireland website I went to test drive a car today, from a car dealer, it was cheap for its milage and years, done the full history report, everything looked good, except the car had no nct, while out on the test drive, I drove it to another garage to do a diagnostic on the car, turned out it was a crashed car, would need 1,000 or more for a new steering column, was also made aware that it was a import, so if it needed any parts in the future, it would be almost impossible to get them, it was suppose to be a Irish car, which also said same on the add, and the history report, and car dealer but that was not the case. Car was said to have a new nct,on the add, that was also untrue, To top it off the battery died, I know most of you guys already know, but for those who don't, if it looks to good to be true, run... Bring a mechanic or a good panel beater with you, or bring the potential car to another garage, for inspection, was the best 50 quid I spent today, also if there is no proper business page. When no one can leave a review now on the page , for a business, in the year 2023,it can only mean one thing, that no one , has a good word to say about this garage, the add is still on here for that crashed car I nearly bought, be careful, good luck buying
Thanks James @ cars ireland for your advice
