Great job, got our flagpole in top shape after years of non use.

6 months after install, our clutch went out. We called and reported the clutch was no longer holding our flag up and we've found our flag laying on the ground two days in a row. We played phone tag for a few weeks before being put on a service schedule. When they came out a couple weeks later they told me our clutch was out and they would need to order one. That would take a couple weeks. While waiting, our poleball came off and broke. We were told it's not covered under warranty and the flag must have wrapped around it and 'unscrewed it' but when it fell, the clutch on the pole was broken so we were not hanging a flag. The ball brought to replace the broken one was smaller, and a different color. The ball was inexpensive but the charge to put it on was about 1000 dollars. The club decided to leave it alone because we don't think it's worth another charge of that amount. Due to the company's willingness to rectify our issues we've moved our review from 2/5 to 4/5

Took about 2 months for the install, which was agreed to for a discount to come when other jobs in my area were being done, but well worth the wait. Professionnel job and I could not be happier with the commercial pole and install job. Recomend 100%

Lenora is outstanding in welcoming and understanding. After some discussion with me, and her Boss on a conference call, she identified the exact part needed (Flagpole topper, American Eagle, wings spread). The part was ordered, and cost a reasonable price. I returned to pick it up, and it will be installed on an Auditorium Flagpole in my old High School. Bravo Zulu!
