Communication seems to be an issue, I’ve struggled to get a simple flag order processed for almost 5 weeks. 4 X 6 nylon Christian and North Carolina flags. Finally received the Christian flag last week and this week another box was delivered but instead of a NC I received an American flag. So I’ll make another trip into the city, hopefully my 3rd trip will be the charm.

I would note that they stay very, very busy and you may at times have to have patience in contacting the office and getting replies. I was absolutely thrilled with the work that was done, the care with which they treated my property during this complicated process, and the open and honest way that they treat their customers. Well I had to call to see why I had not received any confirmation or feedback on my order. Very nice lady apologized and looked it up. She said it looked to her like my order had shipped to the wrong address, even though she had order and it was correct there. She was very nice, and said it will go out again yesterday 🤔

I got exactly what I wanted for exactly what was proposed/offered. I sincerely believe, if you're going to put a flagpole on your property, and fly the nations flag, invest in this. Don't settle for something cheap. You're just throwing your money away. Scheduling is a bit of an issue though. So stay on top of it. They're super busy people.
