Great wine and great people - couldn't ask for much more. Knowledgable, helpful and friendly staff will, if you wish, lead you through an impressive collection of vini. Wish i could give it 6 or 7 stars.

Fabulous shop. Wonderful family. Learned a lot about the red wines of the region thanks to Rueben. My wife really enjoyed the seasoning packages. The Balsamico di Modena was delicious too. Our case of wine shipped home very well packaged. We had a bottle of the Ice Wine the following New Years. My favorites were the Barbera D’Asti, the Langhe Nebbiolo and of course the Barolo. My wife, daughter and I will always think fondly of our trip to Stresa and La Cambusa.

I absolutely love this place. They such a variety of wines, olive oils, pastas, etc. Friendly, accommodating and customer focused. I need to submit another order soon!

My wife and I visited Italy in the fall 2019 for the first time. We spent 2 weeks touring from Naples in the south to Milan in the north. We had many amazing and beautiful experiences along the entire trip. The culture and people add to the beauty and charm of the Italian experience. One of our most memorable experiences was our visit and wine tasting at the LaCambusa Wine shop in Stresa. The entire Bolla family made us feel like we were family. The wine and cheese tasting is not to be missed.

First visited Cambusa Wine in Stresa in September 2018 on a Colette Tour with Ben. Wonderful wine tasting and other food products. Bought some balsamic vinegar and wine--had the wine shipped home. They were very friendly and helpful. Since I've been home in US, have ordered from them at 2-3 times and have been happy every time.

I wish I could show more stars. My experience is one of the best I could have for tasting and purchasing wine. The family is so personable and knowledgeable. Our small group came in to peruse and ended up staying hours tasting both wine and cheese. They are dog friendly, clearly having long-term relationships with clients, one of which was a British couple who pass through the area annually with their very friendly dog. It added to the amazing experience seeing how they knew who had entered the store by the dog trotting in first. As our group was traveling, the Owners were able to ship our cases of wine. I think about our wine tasting afternoon frequently and only wish I was back in Italy to patronize their store in person more. Anyone who has been will agree and should pass the word to friends to have a similar experience!

We visited this shop during a tour with Collette. They were generous with delicious samples and explanations. We actually purchased items to be shipped back to us in the US!

This wine shop is amazing! Not only is their wine selection large and delicious, their store is rich with history. Take the time to stop in and listen to stories while sampling the wine. Make sure to order a case and have it shipped to your house in the USA!

Fantastic customer service from a family run store with a wonderful selection. Have received three shipments from them over the past couple of years and each one arrived in a timely manner without any damage. Also enjoyed wine tastings at their shop in Stressa two different times and it was one of our most memorable experiences while traveling to Italy.

The family was so helpful when I visited from the US in 2019. They helped select the most perfect wines and coordinated shipping for me. I can’t wait to come back

Ho acquistato una bottiglia per un regalo di compleanno e fino all'ultimo momento non sapevo esattamente dove farla spedire poiché ero in viaggio. Lo staff è stato estremamente disponibile e gentilissimo nel supportarmi e assicurarmi di spedire appena possibile e far arrivare il mio acquisto in tempo e dove necessario (all'estremo opposto della penisola!). Non abbiamo ancora aperto la bottiglia per riservarla a un'occasione speciale, ma parliamo di un vino di grande qualità ed esattamente del prodotto che cercavo (etichetta e annata) su suggerimento del mio sommelier di fiducia. Anche dal punto di vista della selezione e della disponibilità dei prodotti, quindi, la mia esperienza è assolutamente positiva! Grazie!

I first met the Bolla family in 2003 and have stayed in touch with them even though I am no longer living in Europe. They not only know their wines but take the time to know you and your preferred tastes. After 5 minutes with them, you will feel like part of the family!

I have been very blessed to have visited this adorable & quaint wine shop many times over the years. There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful each and every experience has been every time I have visited there. The shop carries a wide verity of wines and nibbles that are at great prices. This is the best thing about the shop! It’s the family that owns it and runs it. They are truly marvelous and genuine. They care for all their customers as if they were a part of the family. Just a perfect visit here, always!!!

After buying the best ever Balsamico when visiting in person, we have mail ordered additional bottles. Great service at a fair price, we look forward to visiting the store again in person this summer and will continue as loyal customers.

We had a fabulous experience in the shop, honestly a real highlight of being in Stresa. Staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, unhurried and helpful. I happen to have an interest in Amaros, and they were terrific in helping me make choices and arrange for hassle free shipping back to the States.

Excellent wine store with superb staff, friendly service and very friendly. Always a pleasure to visit andshop there.
