This particular treatment – four implants and a new denture – was needed because a crown and some key teeth either failed or became too loose to retain. It was a major job. Great trouble – both verbally and in writing – was taken to explain the options and their costs. The process took just over a year at what was, owing to covid, a very difficult time for everyone. Whenever I had a concern, I was able to contact the dentist – indeed, I was encouraged to do so – and always received a quick response. One of the most impressive aspects of the treatment was the way dentist and her assistant worked together as a team – a delight to observe. I am entirely happy with the implants and new denture. I am also content that the cost was as predicted.
