It is nearly impossible to make a return. I left several messages to try to get an RMA for return. Never got a reply. Now I’m well out of the window to get any sort of refund. On the plus side, I’m happy how quick shipments go out, and arrive.

I had to start a new account and it went very smoothly. I then submitted my proof of medical licensure and that went quickly as well. The instructions were clear and the service was excellent. I can tell you that any equipment I need that you carry, it will be getting it from you. The turnaround time was excellent and materials I purchased were of excellent quality and arrived without any damage at all. Everyone that I communicated with was pleasant and helpful.
