Poor Customer Service
The customer service rep (Lisa) was very rude and hanged up the phone before I could provide her an alternate address to ship my product. My online order was not acted on for over 4 days until I called and Lisa informed me that due to the size of item, they will not ship to residential address. She did not apologize for not contacting me about the delay in shipping my order. I have sent several emails but received little or no response. Finally, I removed the large item in my order so that they can ship it to my residence. The auto email sent to me said that FedEx will provide me a tracking number in 24-48hrs. It has been over 124hrs (4 days excluding weekend) since I received that email and I have not received a tracking number or update on my order. Called FedEx today and they have no record of my order. Buyers beware about this company!!!
